About the Lab

The Computational Intelligence Research Laboratory is part of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri - Columbia. The students and faculty of the CI Lab are driven to improve the body of research in the areas of Computer Vision, Image Processing, Uncertainty Management, Fuzzy Sets and Fuzzy Logic, Mathematical Morphology in Image Processing, Parallel Processing, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Robotics, and Applied Image Recognition Systems as well as discover valuable practical applications of such technologies.
